Capital Gas: Launch of the world's largest LCO2 carrier

A milestone for global shipping was recorded by Capital Gas Ship Management, headed by Mr. Evangelos Marinakis.


In particular, according to a relevant post on social media, the launch of the largest LCO2 carrier in the world recently took place.


The ship in question, called "ACTIVE", has a carrying capacity of 22,000 cubic meters of liquefied carbon dioxide and is being built in South Korea by HD Hyundai Mipo Co.
